Reservations

Reservations are confirmed in writing (email) once we verify category availability in your selected service area for the requested mail date. A reservation holds your category exclusivity for that specific mail date until design approval.

Design and approval

Free ad design is included with every reservation. We deliver initial proofs within 3–5 business days and revise until you approve in writing. Once you approve, the artwork is final — changes after approval may incur reprint costs.

Payment

Invoicing happens upon design approval. Payment is due before print release. We accept ACH, credit card (Stripe), and check. Card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

Refunds

Before design approval: full refund. After design approval but before print release: 50% refund (covers design time). After print release: no refund, but we can apply the credit to a future mailing within 12 months.

Content responsibility

You're responsible for the accuracy of claims, prices, and offers shown in your ad. We reserve the right to decline content that violates USPS mailing standards, federal/state advertising laws, or is reasonably likely to harm the integrity of the mailer.

Delivery

USPS handles final delivery. We provide an estimated in-home window when we reserve the mail date. Actual in-home dates may vary by ±3 business days based on USPS schedules. We are not liable for USPS-caused delays.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any reservation is the amount you paid for that mailing. We do not guarantee specific response rates, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.
